Who we are
Retro Concerts Live presents live-to-film concerts in Ireland, where iconic films are screened with the score performed by a live orchestra. You can reach us at hello@retroconcertslive.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the topic of your enquiry and your message. If you tick the updates box, we also store your email address on our mailing list so we can tell you about new shows and presales.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you opt in, to send you occasional updates about Retro Concerts Live shows. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the form or opt in to updates) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our events, in line with the GDPR and Irish data protection law.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw your consent to marketing emails. Email hello@retroconcertslive.com and we will action your request. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
